We stock-up our store with new and quality products, but in any case if you are not satisfied with the received merchandise then you can return it within 30 days of delivery. You may return un-decorated items but we cannot accept decorated or washed garments. Please refer to following return policy.
- No merchandise will be return without RA (Return Authorization)
- To get RA please contact us within 30 days of merchandise received
- In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, Please send us the picture of item you received to claim for RA.
- Pack return item in box and attached provide return label on it.
- Drop it to the mentioned shipping company with return label.
- Once we received merchandised return by you we will return the merchandised amount immediately (please allow 24 to 48* hours for amount to be reflected back to your account.)
- Please note that shipping and handling fee is non-refundable
- As per the law intimates are not returnable; please refer to the size chart prior to place order
- Embellished/embroidered and screen printed merchandised is not returnable.
